Admission

Applicants must have the academic level that qualifies them to undertake doctorate-level studies in their home country and corresponds to a minimum of four years undergraduate studies. Their degree must also be in a discipline compatible with the area of specialisation requested. Additional conditions may be imposed for certain programmes.

A proven competence in the language used in the educational activities is required.

Selection is made on the basis of the files submitted by applicants – priority being given to applicants from CIHEAM member countries – and takes account of their academic results and professional experience acquired in the chosen field of specialisation.

For each Postgraduate Specialisation Programme, the final decision on the admission of applicants is made by the CIHEAM Governing Board, following the recommendations of the Director of the MAI in question.

Requirements

Applicants must be holders of a B.Sc. degree in a disci pline compatible within the specialization areas of the BEM program, equivalent to a minimum of 4 years of un dergraduate studies (240 ECTS), which qualifies them to undertake studies at the postgraduate level.

Documents required include:

• Academic records, transcripts and graduation degree
• Two letters of recommendation
• Proof of English language competence.

Candidate selection is based on the evaluation of sub mitted application files, taking into consideration aca demic performance, relevant professional experience, reference letters, and English language proficiency. An online interview is also part of the screening process.

Priority is given to applicants from CIHEAM member countries.

Scholarships

Qualified candidates may be eligible for scholarship, covering fully or partly: tuition, teaching material, board, lodgings, health insurance and compensation.
