The Department of Business Administration at the University of Thessaly offers a new Online Master of Science (M.Sc.) program in Government Digital Innovation and Transformation. The program is offered fully in English and is certified by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education.
The Online M.Sc. in Government Digital Innovation and Transformation is a three-semester program (90 ECTS) that provides a global outlook that considers real-world trends while imparting relevant expertise for careers today in public administration. It focuses on the requirements and the processes of government digital transformation and innovation development. You will earn knowledge and skills that provide a deep dive in planning, management, and implementation of digital technologies and innovation in the public sector.

The program is offered on a full-time basis lasting 3 academic semesters (15 to 20 months) and requires the successful completion of eight compulsory courses and a capstone project (Master’s Thesis), corresponding to a total amount of 90 credits (ECTS).
Applicants must hold a higher education diploma from a Greek Higher Education Institute or an equivalent academic institute in an EU country or a non-EU country (but accredited by the Greek authorities (DOATAP)) in relevant fields of study, including -but not limited to- political science, public/business administration, management, informatics, engineering etc. Graduates from other disciplines are also welcome to admit.
The tuition fees for the MSc iGOV program amount to €5,000. Scholarships are provided to applicants who comply with the Article 86 of Law 4957/2022.
