The Horizon Graduate Program is an initiative of Euronet in Greece to invite University graduates to join our company for an initial period of 6-7 months, under a paid employment contract. 1. Career opportunity: Graduate Program – Project Delivery, Project Coordinators

Responsibilities you will be involved with:

• Develop project plans, assist in organising tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation (including status reports and action items).
• Help facilitating communication between cross-functional project teams and management to ensure projects’ success in a timely manner.
• Monitor projects’ & tasks’ progress.
• Identify risks & escalate to management for resolution.
• Manage change requests.

Studies and knowledge required:

• University Degree in any STEM-related field is required.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.

2. Career opportunity:: Graduate Program – ATM Operations

Euronet is currently offering an opportunity in ATM Operations, a core business unit ensuring that its ATM services are at the high quality levels required for its customers.

Responsibilities you will be involved with:

• ATM network monitoring to ensure operations optimization and uneventful transactions.
• Be part of the support team for the on-site engineers/technicians and guide them in resolving daily issues, while meeting target service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cooperate with the sales team regarding network maintenance and new installations.
• Communicate with clients as needed.
• Organize and monitor ATM inventory and relevant data (back office).

Studies and knowledge required:

• Ability to work under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.

Competencies needed for you to be successful:

• Strong interpersonal skills with an orientation towards customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize tasks.
